Hello,

 

Awesome meet! The frogs are currently 6-0. We did not get timed, but the group did an excellent job racing. Swimming outside and in different conditions than what we are used to is important, and will prove to be very helpful for our meet @ Newton next Tuesday, July 20th.

 

Team t-shirts were passed out at the meet tonight. Swimmers should pick up their team t-shirts at practice on Saturday or Sunday. All swimmers must wear this t-shirt to all remaining meets. In addition to the t-shirt, we would like swimmers to wear navy shorts (if ordered, team shorts will be in within the next few days). **Nolan Angus lost his t-shirt at the meet today, please check your t-shirt tags (names should be in all shirts) and bring in the t-shirt if you have it.

 

We have practice this Saturday, Sunday & Monday. Newton will be EXTREMELY competitive next Tuesday, so it is very important for swimmers to attend these upcoming 3 practices. Please take advantage of the additional practice.

 

Residency forms were due last Wednesday. If you have not turned yours in yet, please turn it in this weekend.
