Fins came in today. If you ordered fins, please pick them up tomorrow (Wednesday) at practice. If you will not be there, please have someone pick them up for you. Also, a reminder that we are using fins everyday so please be sure to bring them with you to all practices.

 

If you are in the 2nd practice (lanes 1-2) and would like to move to the first practice (lanes 5-6) you are welcome to....please just let me know first so that I can make sure the numbers are OK. First practice lanes 5-6 are the doing the same workout as 2nd practice Lanes 1-2. There is more space in first practice...if you are interested please let me know. I would like to even out the numbers.

 

Lastly, we have posted updated Championship Meet Information on the team website. Please check it out. All swimmers participating will have to provide proof of residency (must prove they are a framingham resident). This is a new league policy. I will email out more details soon (they are available on the website, in the "regionals' section) but just wanted to let everyone know in advance.
