About the Team The Framingham Rec. Winter Swim Team is a
recreational team that competes in 8 –10 swim meets in the Suburban Swim
League with other clubs and recreational centers in the area.
We expect participation at all meets and practices.
Our season will conclude with the Regional Meets in March.
Our Team will encourage swimmers to set personal
goals and improve their competitive skills while working in a fun and
supportive team environment. The
sense of accomplishment brought about by individual performance as a result
of commitment and hard work is a goal we want the swimmers and parents to
focus on for the season. Your
place in an individual race or our win lose record is important but no more
important then becoming a better person and swimmer.
Throughout the season we will work on the fundamentals so that your
swimmer can improve in skill and endurance and hopefully speed.
